Goat is wetting...

Tamil: Aadu nanaigirathenru oonai azhukirathaam
Intended meaning: A treacherous person being falsely worried about a weaker opponent.
Transliteration: Goat is wetting wolf is crying.

The actual Proverb is "Aadu nanaigirathenru oonai azhukirathaam". the meaning is that the Wolf is crying on seeing the Goat getting wet in rain. That is A treacherous person poses as if he/she is quite worried about a weaker opponent who is in trouble. This is plainly to exploit the situation at hand to the advantaged of the stronger party.
