Just a suggestion!
Maybe you can add videos/gifs which explain these phrases. Will make the site more interesting and funny! :)
This can be translated to
The guy who couldn't climb the roof to catch the rooster, is planning to climb the sky and reach heaven.
Basically, you should know your limitations and abilities before setting your goal.
Its not basked its roof..
